As a long time radio, motion picture and television producer with a talent for invention, John Armstrong has acquired a unique history of creatively melding media with technology, and has a proven ability to develop and implement new strategies that improve efficiency and profitability of media-related business models. In 1991, Mr. Armstrong founded DG Systems, now DG Fast Channel (DGIT). DGS was the very first company to utilize digital technology to link producers and broadcasters with high quality distribution of radio and television content. With over 30 years involvement in all aspects of the media business, Mr. Armstrong has a deep understanding of the forces currently impacting the industry. Mr. Armstrong founded SpotMagic to make the creation and distribution of digital media across multiple platforms easier, faster, and significantly more cost-effective than existing first and second generation Internet solutions.

Mr. Denman is a broadcast media, technology, and startup veteran with over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. Mr. Denman has consistently integrated existing operational requirements with proven sales techniques and emerging technologies to improve performance and results. Prior to his capacity as Chairman and Board member with SpotMagic, he created sales and marketing strategies, and drove business development and partnering activities with several Internet media startups. In 1991, Mr. Denman co-founded DG Systems, a company that has since become the world’s largest digital distribution network for radio and television commercials, and now connects to over 10,000 radio stations and 4,000 TV outlets in the U.S. and Canada.

Mr. Blair has more than 30 years’ experience in hi-tech, financial services, and engineering. He has held a variety of executive positions, including several CEO assignments, in startups and Fortune 5 companies. He has started companies from scratch, participated in more than $11B in mergers/acquisitions, been through two IPOs and managed budgets in excess of $100M. Mr. Blair joined DG Systems in its early stage as Vice President-Operations and Internet Services and managed all factors of its growth to service over 5,000 stations leading to its IPO. Mr. Blair brings to SpotMagic his extensive track record and deep understanding of all facets of business and financial management, business development and marketing, product development, systems, and operations.

He is well versed in the development, protection, and licensing of intellectual property for both start ups and established Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Evans as been instrumental in developing groundbreaking technology driven products including Integrated Mobile Computing Platforms, Database and Application Development Tools, Magnetic Recording Heads, Digital Scent Playback Devices, Business Web Sites, DVD Creation Software, Set Top Boxes, Video Server Driven - Client/Server Data Replication Systems, Animation Creation Applications, Service Oriented Architecture, Internet Communications Software, and Video & Audio Codecs.

Reese Armstrong has been working with computer technology since his early teenage years when he built and managed a Bulletin Board System that later became one of the first ISPs. He participated in the development of the Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI) specification and wrote music-sequencing software as well as created MIDI triggering hardware for use in stage presentations. Since its founding, Reese has led SpotMagic's development of the IDVMedia technology architecture and its applications as well as the implementation of it's network broadcast platform and services.

Mr. Fiset, has an extensive background in all aspects of broadcast marketing, promotion, and media planning. He has assisted major sponsors and networks in national sales promotions, campaign coordination and advertising, production & syndication, supervision and sales media negotiations. As media consultant, he provides winning strategies and organization for marketing department structure and supervision, identity package and sales materials, database marketing, corporate/consumer collateral and Web site design. Mr. Fiset has been the principal force behind SpotMagic's initiatives in interactive television and broadcast media distribution.

Robin Solis

Ms. Solis has a 20-year background in media production and broadcast including on-air positions in Santa Barbara and at five major San Francisco radio stations with additional responsibilities as production manager and production assistant. Prior to becoming a founder of SpotMagic, she participated in the founding of DG Systems while also operating Media3, a San Francisco based media production company. Ms. Solis was an early adopter of digital production techniques and combined with her deep understanding of the fundamentals of mass media she formulated the principal guidelines underpining SpotMagic's IDVMedia technology.

Phillip Golden

Product Development

Mr. Golden, is a Marketing and Product Management professional with over 15 years experience in multimedia and online social networking. He has successfully designed and executed high-impact, online promotional campaigns using video, print media, contests, and email. Mr. Golden began with SpotMagic during its early days of platform development and later became the main creator of in-house and client applications using the technology.

Mr. Peel, More than 20 years of systems development (documentation) and analysis activities including; technical writing and designing context-sensitive online Help systems. He has also created and maintained courseware for Instructor-Led courses, created Web Based Training (WBT) courseware for various hardware and software systems and has been team lead, lead writer and tester for WBT projects.
